The property is located at Kawajangsa, in front of the Traditional Painting School which is centrally located in terms of proximity to various offices and ministries and within a walking distance of 5 minutes approximately to the main town.

The five storied building will comprise of 45 rooms, restaurant, reception lobby, boardroom, laundry and well-equipped kitchen and stores equipped with all the facilities of a 3 star as prescribed by Tourism Council. The hotel will cater to high end International and Regional tourist. The Complex would be equipped with two lifts, fire alarms, CCTV cameras, security guards, restaurant, coffee, champagne house, gym, steam, sauna and a healing center and would be made accessible to the World Bank staff and guests.
